It is with disappointment that we have to announce that due to circumstances beyond the control of either ourselves or the artist, Makadem will not now be able to appear at our Reggae and African Dance Party on 19 May 2012.
The ANCESTOR TO MANCHESTER at SOL House event has now been postponed until around September, to give us more time to select our acts.
The WORLD MUSIC JAM will now take place at 8pm and the venue has been moved to:

We are delighted to confirm the second of our 2012 festival events.
Children of Abraham brings together Yiddish singer, Mickey Van Gelder and Sudanese performer, Awad Absin to showcase both Jewish and Arabic traditional music in the same programme.
The event is part of the well-respected Prestwich Concert Series and will take place at 7.30 pm on Tuesday, 15 May 2012. at St Mary’s Parish Church, Church Lane Prestwich M25 1AN.
Tickets cost £6 in advance or £7.50 on the door.
